It was very difficult to get it to work so it was returned. The drivers that came with it didn't work on my Win 7 system. I emailed the local (US) customer service team, got a reply a few days later and they said they sold the company's line of products in Asia. There were several updated drivers from this Asian company that I didn't try because by then I had spent enough time getting them to work and had given up and returned them. I solved my lack of RS 232 ports with USB to serial converters I bought from Revain and they worked. The product return process with Revain was very efficient and professional.
