I was very surprised how effective it is. I received it on 11/24/20 and have been using it every night since (12/12/20). During those three weeks, I saw a significant improvement in the condition of my nails and cuticles. My nails are thicker, grow more evenly, and don't break or chip. The first thing I noticed was my cuticles, after two days they were much less dry, the skin was softer and no longer cracked. I have a problem with tactile sensations and this lotion doesn't leave a greasy feeling that irritates me. It's thick but feels very silky. It smells slightly powdery and doesn't contain any dyes, which is nice because I can use it with any hand lotion of my choice and the scent doesn't go bad. It takes a very small amount, about the size of a pea, which I apply to one finger and apply a little to the base of each nail, then come back and rub in. It lasts the full 30 seconds, then I put it on my regular hand. cream and go to bed. When I wake up my hands are silky and soft. I am very impressed with the cumulative effect of this lotion. I would be happy if it just fixed my cuticles, I don't have high hopes for better nails as my nails have never been good. But I'm so excited to see such an obvious difference in just three weeks. I filed my nails (which inspired this review) and found for the first time that I actually had to work to file my nails. Great product and I couldn't be happier with this purchase.
