Installation requires two strong people.
It's unclear what the exact requirements are for a setup that supports say a 50lb TV. However, experience shows that bolts tightened with 4 studs can handle a load of 80 pounds or more, but torque is an issue. It's important to measure your room and TV accurately. Basic knowledge of trigonometry will come in handy.
