Review on Customer Analytics by Dee Rawls

I love that this tool gives me access into my customers' data without their consent or even knowing they have it! It's like having your own personal marketer in house, but with more objective measures of success than just clicks/conversions (which can be easily manipulated). Also great for internal marketing campaigns as well- not only does one get insights from all channels at once which is helpful when deciding how best spend time internally vs externally etc., also helps identify areas where you may need extra resources so those are prioritised accordingly - i work within an agency who specialise solely around digital analytics tools such as these; however if anyone has any questions about what we use them too then feel free :) We're looking forward beyond our current contract expiring next year because there isn't much out here yet compared to other services providers currently offering similar products / solutions.
