Review on Avanoo by Brad Schaefer

The course was very informative and helped me learn more about my role as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Avanoo. I liked how easy it was to navigate through the course modules. There were some videos that were difficult to understand, but overall I enjoyed watching them. As an intern, I would have liked to have been able to complete the course earlier than the end of the program. It would be helpful for future interns if there was another week or two added to the program so that they could complete all of the assignments. I learned a lot from this course, and I am glad that I took the time to watch it. I learned how to effectively use the tools that Avanoo offers to help our customers with their account management needs.
