I like the training and the ability to do the training on my own schedule. It's very helpful to be able to do the training on my own time. I don't like that it takes a long time to receive the training. It can take up to a month to receive the training. I also don't like that I cannot do the training more than once. I like the ease of use, the platform is intuitive and easy to navigate. It's very customizable so we can create our own content or leverage existing material. The ability to share with other departments within my organization was also a big plus. I would love for there to be more templates available to choose from when creating courses. I like how easy it was for me as an instructor, who has no experience with this software or its use of gamification concepts (such us leaderboards), because my students could access all their lessons from anywhere using any mobile device they may have - including phones! The course was very informative and helped me learn more about my role as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Avanoo. I liked how easy it was to navigate through the course modules. There were some videos that were difficult to understand, but overall I enjoyed watching them. I like how easy it was to set up an account, create content for my team members, and send courses out to them via email or through their own mobile devices. It's also helpful to have access from anywhere, so no matter where you are at work, your job can be done remotely. The interface could use some improvement; I had problems finding certain content sometimes. Sometimes when trying to add new videos to lessons there were errors.
