Review on mRecruiter by Jason Unruh

The ability to be able to do searches of resumes, applications and screens for candidates in real time. This is great for our hiring managers who are remote working from home or travelling around the world! There could definitely be more features added that would make it easier to use. I wish there was an application where we could store information about applicants so we can keep track of their work history over time instead of having to go back through their applications each time when looking at new positions. Real-time searching makes finding talent easy and saves me tons of time compared with using other recruiting platforms like Indeed, SimplyHired, etc.
