Bought because it looked lovely in the pictures and had good reviews but in reality the copper wires were so messy wrapped and less effort was put into making it look neater. The battery compartment is very difficult to open. I tried to open it but ended up breaking it, breaking my nail and scratching my finger. I gave it two stars because the string of lights worked and it looked cute on my windowsill with all the lights off. I won't be mounting this on a tree as I feel like the wires will get tangled and make a mess and it doesn't look great with the lights on. Something that might work is to take one of those green tapes and wrap the wires around it to hide the mess. I could try that too.
