This shelf has a flexible design, so you can add items of different heights by adjusting the position of the shelves on the shelves. The shelves are solid and well made. The five hooks included are very handy for hanging additional items under or next to the shelves. The installation instructions are very poor. To install the racks you need to use a level to make them perfectly vertical. I added a shelf to the first shelf I installed and then attached it to the second shelf my wife was holding. I then traced a circle in the bottom screw hole in the second post before drilling a hole for the included plastic anchor.
