Not worth the money or time

My analysis of this product showed that it was flimsy and poorly designed .The pivot system was difficult to use and did not provide any meaningful relief to my cervical area. The tool felt awkward in my hand and only added to my discomfort. Save your money and opt for a more effective tool..
