I needed a good roll of kinesiology tape to include in my sports bag, and a supply to keep and apply at home. It's great to have a reasonable amount of tape, in case I forget my compression sleeve, or to protect my shoulder. I find that pre-emptive precautions minimize muscle aches or squeaky joints.This product is the perfect size, and I appreciate that each roll is individually sealed. Inspecting the tape, the fabric according to the company "is woven out of cotton and contains elastane." The fabric is latex-free and breathable. Indeed, the tape has a good quality feel. It's a bit confusing to me how the fabric can be breathable and waterproof, too. But, I'll take their word. I did drip some water onto the test piece, and it didn't pass through the fabric. So, a brief test confirms that aspect. The adhesive aspect seems identical to other kinesiology tapes that I've used and have at home. I think the key to good adhesion, besides clean/dry skin, is to affix one end firmly and then reasonably stretch the tape into place. It is better for the tape to be too long than short. Firmly pressure the second end, and then add pressure, rubbing the rest of the tape firmly onto the skin. This process works for me with most of this type of tape.I like the clear instructions on applying the tape. It is shown in the picture in the product details, and on the box. There is also an insert, with the instructions. So, there should be no issues with proper application. Some kinesiology tapes offer an e-book, e-instructions, e-pamphlet or such with instructions: However, you often have to jump through hoops, or give personal info/email which is then at their marketing whims. (Not indicting all companies that provide e-literature, but just include a url for end users to access and download. OK, i'll get off my soapbox, now.)Attached are photos to show real world images, with ruler for size reference. The width is 2 inches, see photo, and I did not unravel the roll to determine the actual length. However, the roll appears to be of substantial size.I feel the product is exactly as described and depicted in the product details. It fully meets my expectations, and passed my examination of the tape. Accordingly, this kinesiology tape earns 4.25 - 4.5 star rating with a high level recommendation.
