Weak mount adjustment
Seller is hard to deal with. Mount broke upon installation and they wasn't replacing it. Told me it was my fault because I must've screwed the set screw in too tight. I just used the old one by wrapping electrical tape around the mount to hold it in place. I've only had to get my 16' extension ladder once since then to readjust the camera and add more tape.
