Review on Norpro Tomato Core It Tool, 4.75 Inch, Silver by Pat Peoples

After using a paring knife to pit 100 tomatoes to make sauce this summer, I realized there had to be a better way. This item is perfect! With a quick spoon, the whole core comes straight out. The corer is small enough to only remove the pit, not half of the tomato! It works great with strawberries too. The fact that it's red makes it easy to spot in my drawer with 20 other little kitchen gadgets! The only thing I need to keep an eye on is the garbage disposal. Since it is not very long, it is very easy to get lost there.
