I got my heat press back in March and still haven't had a chance to learn it. I tried my first project last week and immediately knew I needed to adjust the pressure a bit. I rotated the button about 90 degrees and tried pressing it again. The bolt and washer flew out of the top of the machine and the handle came loose, releasing all the pressure. I thought no big deal. Husband can fix it. Turns out he can't because the screw was stripped and broken. I can't even use the press. After further reviews in the groups I belong to on Facebook, there are many problems with it, that this press is badly assembled by the manufacturers. It's my fault for not using the press sooner
