We've been using this for a few months and we love it. The duvet works very well and generates as much heat as you want. The backlit controls (one on each side) are easy to read, easy to find and set up at night. We used to have other electric blankets. One thing we've learned is to stay away from "smart blankets," which should only give you enough warmth when your body needs it or something. You are terrible. But this Sunbeam is really great. I can't imagine sleeping without this electric blanket.
