I am 5 feet 2 inches tall, 115 pounds, small chested but kind of broad along my back. The medium fits good but a tad tight in the chest. I hope it loosens in the water but feels flexible for swimming. Great quality, good looking, quick delivery. I bought 5 different brands of wetsuit jackets and this one in Medium was best. All others were easily returned. It is Light weight which I wanted for warmth in swimming holes in Western N. Carolina mountains and Pacific Ocean shore swimming. Probably not for deep dives unless you bought a bigger one to wear over Long Johns. It is hanging in the shade on my porch to get the smell out.
