Looks like the part is the same quality as the OEM only time will tell how long it lasts. The part itself is easy to assemble. Dismantling the door to gain access to the faulty part is a chore. The project took about two hours and I saved about $200 for my hassle. This is a perfectly doable project for those who feel comfortable disassembling a door assembly. If you can take a break from work, you can install this part.
