Really helped my mother use her phone
My mother was prescribed hearing aids but doesn't always wear them. We tried giving her different types of phones, most of which were advertised as for the hearing impaired, with limited success. So far this Panasonic is the best we've found. I've set it to auto-amp the volume and auto-answer when the phone is picked up and my mom will actually use it. I also like the loud ringtone and the way it flashes bright red when it rings. I only made a few tweaks to the settings, but what I noticed in the manual is that it's easily customizable.
