The tool is easy to use with very intuitive functionality that makes it super convenient to build your own template or customize an existing one! I like how they allow you to create custom templates as well so we can save time creating new ones each month when projects come in from different sources. It would be nice if there was more support available outside of just chat during normal business hours but this isn't much of a problem since their team responds quickly whenever issues arise (even after out-of-hours). We are using them primarily to help us streamline our proposal generation process by allowing us to automatically pull information into our template instead of having to manually enter all of those values. I love the ease of use. The platform is easy to learn and use. I also like that I can see the status of the quote, as well as the customer's response. I dislike that I cannot edit the responses. I also dislike that I cannot edit the responses. I wish I could edit the responses. I have been able to get quotes from multiple vendors in a short amount of time. It has also been helpful in finding the correct quote for the project.
