To a family of microfiber wholesalers - like you've been here since 1946 and I've never heard of you. I have been a customer of your "biggest competitor" for many years and recently purchased your mop. Long story short, I recently moved to a new location and switched from carpet to hardwood floors. The other mop I used worked great on my old carpet as I only used it for the kitchen and bathrooms (small rooms). Fast forward to this massive new place I live in now, the old product was driving me insane having to change pads every few feet - with such large spaces that needed cleaning, wet pads only stayed wet for a limited time . In desperation, I found your mop as well as several others and decided to take yours. God, my, my. So incredibly great. Your mop doesn't even compare to any other mop (you know, the one you link to on your site for comparison). I'm not going to write a novel here but I will say to any buyer who reads this review that the mop is absolutely, absolutely fantastic, does what it says on the tin and it's so amazing how ONE dry pad and ONE wet pad cleans my whole Floor. I didn't even have to wet the wet pad a second time, which amazed me and even giggled while cleaning it. Thanks again to the MW family for developing such a great product. You have had a new customer for a long time.
