Review on Bosch BC1539 QuietCast Premium Ceramic Disc Brake Pad Set for Scion FR-S, Subaru BRZ, Crosstrek, XV Crosstrek, Forester, Impreza, Legacy, Outback, Toyota 86 (Front) by Brandon Plowden

The brake pads are generally good, they look a bit worn in the box but once installed they are fine, smooth and quiet. The package includes brakes on both sides, so only 4 pads with 4 hardware clips to replace the old ones. Also included was a packet of grease to lubricate the slide mechanism. The instructions are poorly drawn/written. How the spring clip has to be positioned on the brake shoe is not specified, so assembly is a bit more complicated. But after watching a YouTube video for reference, I managed to get it. It would be nice if they included more detailed instructions so I don't have to guess where everything goes which side is up.
