The customer support team was fantastic, they were always willing to help us with any questions we had about our account! I liked that it made booking reservations so easy for my customers. We used the app in order to make sure everything ran smoothly before we went live. It helped me organize all of my reservations into one place which saved me tons of time during busy periods. There really wasn't anything bad about using this service - if you're looking for an affordable way to manage your restaurants' bookings then definitely give them a try! If there's nothing at risk when trying out their product, than I would say go ahead and use it. They have great customer care and will work with you until you are satisfied with how things run smoothly.
