I like that it has all of my reservations in one place, so i don't have multiple apps open when checking out or making changes for customers! It's easy enought even if you're not tech savvy at first but as soon as your comfortable with how everything works then there are tons more features than what we need right now (like adding new tables). I like that it's easy for me as an owner of this restaurant, because you can easily see what your guests are waiting at all times without having them show up in person! It also helps us keep track with our reservations so we know when they have arrived or left if someone cancelled last minute (which sometimes happens).
