This review is for Hromee 1/4 Inch Compressed Double Filter Regulator Combo, Air Compressor Water Oil Trap Separator with Pressure Gauge, Manual Drain (ASIN: B09L45P496). I use an air compressor at least once a week. At a minimum I use it to keep my vehicle tires properly inflated. Water is a byproduct of compressing air. This is why you should drain the air tank on your compressor when you are done using it (along with for safety reasons). You will usually see small amounts of water come out when you drain an air compressor. That water though also makes it down the hose and into your tools and also into your tires.When I saw this filter, I decided to order it to catch that moisture. The first one arrived with a crack glass over the gauge, so I had to get a replacement. Overall, the quality is about what I was expecting for the price, maybe just a bit better actually. This filter is working out great for me. It's trapping the water before it gets into my tools or tires. Everything you need is included: the filter, fittings, and Teflon tape, so you can add this to your air compressor right out of the box. It even has holes for wall mounting too. My only regret is not getting one of these sooner.
