I’m an amateur photographer I don’t carry a mountain of iron on my hump; I prefer d5500 lenses that are light and compact, such as 35mm 1,8 50mm1,8, sometimes I shoot whale 18-55 af-p and 55-200 vr2. I won’t even write about the shortcomings in any the most expensive gadgets find a bunch of them. I’ll write about what I liked in the first picture, the lens is sharp already with an open, excellent detail and color rendition, geometric distortions are slight. And in general, I just like how this lens shoots, I had both Sigma 10-20 and tamron 10-24, I like this lens more. A little about the assembly, it’s assembled well, nothing backlashes and doesn’t dangle, I like that the lens is light, the fact that it’s made of plastic doesn’t bother me now plastic is everywhere and then I’m not a pro for 14 hours a day, so I don’t shoot for a long time. Now the price is compared with the price for other new widths and the boo is quite adequate plus a stub. For those who are looking for an inexpensive wide, I recommend paying attention to this lens if it is compatible with your camera. Well, you can understand whether it suits you or not only when you shoot it yourself and see the result. This applies to all lenses and cameras
