I've never tried an electrolyte powder but I tried this brand as part of a promotion at my yoga studio. Now I buy it every few months because I can't imagine Hot Power Yoga without it. I started with raspberries but now I'm buying cherry pomegranate and this is my favorite. I love that it's sugar free and doesn't even contain beetroot powder coloring. I feel like I'm not drinking a bunch of chemicals and sugar like I would if I had Gatorade or a similar product. I feel like it changed my yoga practice from pure water as well. My husband even started using it for his CrossFit workouts in the mornings.
