The microphone broke after a week, the seller did not respond to inquiries

worked fine, then the microphone died. I've tried it on multiple computers to make sure it's not a computer issue. The seller did not respond and Revain eventually resolved my issue directly with me but did not contact the seller or the product for help. Maybe I just got a bad one, but that forced me to get a replacement from a different brand.

Pros
