Great headband for computer accessories and peripherals

This headset is great. The starter set is very light. I am impressed with this product. I work from home and my second headset broke. It cost money and it was on time

Disappointed with quality and seller

On reception it worked fairly well and had great reports on the sound quality (my voice was clearly heard) and no hiss; although my wife did all sorts of things. Used for daily meetings, at least 3 meetings per day; but I almost never disconnected it from the computer. I ordered it on July 14 and on September 14 he died, there was no feedback (sounds, LEDs, etc.) when connecting and disconnecting from the headset or from the OS, he died completely. I contacted Revain and they helped me toโ€ฆ

The microphone broke after a week, the seller did not respond to inquiries

worked fine, then the microphone died. I've tried it on multiple computers to make sure it's not a computer issue. The seller did not respond and Revain eventually resolved my issue directly with me but did not contact the seller or the product for help. Maybe I just got a bad one, but that forced me to get a replacement from a different brand.

This headset is worth it

I've only been using this headset for two weeks and the quality is excellent! It is so loud that it blocks out other outside noises well. While I don't think I'll like the comfort of the headset, it fits great. This investment has paid off for me.

Best for use with MS TEAM

I bought this to use with MS TEAM at work. I just plugged it into a USB port and it works, no other software to install. The sound quality is very clear. It has a volume button and a mute button on the cord, so you don't have to press the screen. I highly recommend it.
