On reception it worked fairly well and had great reports on the sound quality (my voice was clearly heard) and no hiss; although my wife did all sorts of things. Used for daily meetings, at least 3 meetings per day; but I almost never disconnected it from the computer. I ordered it on July 14 and on September 14 he died, there was no feedback (sounds, LEDs, etc.) when connecting and disconnecting from the headset or from the OS, he died completely. I contacted Revain and they helped me to resolve the issue to no avail, but as the return window had already closed I was unable to return it. So they gave me the contact details of the seller and the manufacturer. I contacted the seller and they told me to contact Revain or the manufacturer; So I had to go to the manufacturer (Poly) and they approved the warranty claim and after I sent the headset in (at my own expense) I was quickly given another one. The sound is really great and the noise cancellation works really well. Not sure what to think of customer support; got a replacement but after a few hops and two weeks with a broken headset hopefully the replacement will last a lot longer; My previous headset, another similar Plantronics, lasted 3 years and I wasn't that careful with this one
