The microphone broke within a week, the seller did not respond to inquiries

They worked fine, then the microphone died. I've tried it on multiple computers to make sure it's not a computer issue. The seller did not respond and Revain eventually resolved my issue directly with me but did not seek any help from either the seller or the product. Maybe I just got a bad one, but that forced me to get a replacement from a different brand.
