In general, I like that it integrates seamlessly into our Active Directory so we don't have many issues logging in as an application user vs having them log out of their AD account for each app they use (Eg., Salesforce).
Also has great reporting capabilities through Excel/PowerBI which allows us easy access by multiple people within my team without requiring additional software installs. Some features are lacking such as more robust security settings options but most can be configured fairly easily once you know where things should go under User Settings page - usually just trial & error until something works! Reporting functionality isn’t available from all screens, but this doesn’t really impact anything since some reports aren’t required at times anyways. Integrating applications together makes life easier while allowing different users who may not typically work closely one another time saving benefits for everyone involved.
