I was hesitant to purchase this item because the price made me think it would be a bad buy but I am glad I bought it. It works as intended and I haven't had any issues with any part of it. I should mention that it is made of very light plastic. So I just have to remember that it can get hot and not leave it unattended. I use it after about 5-7 minutes because I usually have everything ready to pack and just do the finishing touches. So far, so good. Only 1 speed but heats up enough to shrink the wrapper. It's a short plug cord but I use it in the kitchen for childproofing and it's ok. It's a little noisy, but not extreme. I am happy with my purchase.
