Works to protect my sink drain from hair and accidentally dropping small items down the drain
This product fit in my bathroom sink after squishing the mesh a little bit. My only complaints would be that it causes the water to drain slowly. Without it, the sink does not back up, but when it’s down, the sink backs up. As soon as I remove it all the backed up water drains immediately. I’ve only have it in my sink for 3 weeks or so, but it has already begun to rust on the underside. :( This is a temporary fix, as I hope to replace the faucet/drain plug apparatus in the future. But at least I know I won’t drop my rings or anything small down the drain accidentally.
- I needed these for my kitchen sink and my tub and they worked great. Sturdy too. So happy overall
- The strainer may become loose over time
