Non-working combustible power supply 12V USB C

The power pack is a fire hazard! This is a USB-C cable that outputs 12V without USB PD! Also known as non-standard power supply. I toasted one of my devices while using it. As a manufacturer, you cannot do that. The device does not work with half a dozen phones, tablets and laptops. The touchscreen works but the video is not displayed. Tried half a dozen cables and gave up. The device itself makes a well thought-out impression. Too bad they ruined everything else.
