I like this best because it allows you to keep your contact information updated from all of my social accounts without having any extra software installed! It also integrates well into HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, WordPress etc which makes integration very simple but powerful! The platform itself needs some more work - sometimes when posting things through Facebook they are added too many seconds late or not at all for no apparent reason. Try doing an A/B test between different post times if that's what seems problematic. We're managing our own content so we needed something where customers could log in via their Twitter account easily as well; otherwise, everyone was using third party apps like Tweetdeck & Hootsuite. I like that it's easy to get started, and I like that we can see our data across multiple platforms at once. The interface could use some improvement - more intuitive for new users. It's easy to set up, but sometimes the platform isn't intuitive for new users. We are tracking site visits, page views, time spent on each content area, and site traffic. We're able to track this information across all of our social platforms as well.
