Review on 🧸 Douglas Plush Toy - Dickens Black by Minas Chase

When I took the stuffed animal out of the box, the packaging it came in was already open and his face and ear were stained with glue-like substance. Not wanting to return it (shipping had already been delayed) I sat for 20 minutes trying to wash off the glue, cut them off without cutting off the excess fur. My husband spent more time doing the same. Considering the price, it was incredibly disappointing to receive a product that wasn't in perfect condition.
