The dashboard has been very useful for understanding our customers' behavior with my products - I've always known where they are at any given time but now we know how many people use which features or have problems using them! It's also great that there isn't much lag between when an update goes live versus getting notified about new updates/changes via email notifications etc., so no waiting around wondering if something changed while logged off (which happens sometimes). There was some initial confusion as far back then what exactly "Keen" meant within their organization since this tool seemed like more than just analytics software; however after speaking directly wtih other team members who work closely together daily things were clarified quickly enough without too big of impact overall. This being said though not everyone will be able understand why these tools exist nor care once explained because most companies don't really want anyone spending valuable resources tracking customer interactions.
