The first delivery I had to contact tech support. Two hours later, the techie decided that the tank would not work on the model. They then sent me a replacement car which did not arrive within 12-16 days as promised but 24 days later while I was on holiday. Now I've put together a replacement and returned the original, but I'm having a lot of trouble getting the app to recognize the new device. I'm completely frustrated with the process and am trying to get it back.
