Wonderful quality, one hundred percent satisfied!
It is not quite obvious why this particular rubber is only available on the market in the sizes of 14 and 15 inches. I have 205/55R16 (91V). Car: a Honda Civic with four doors, automatic transmission, and 140 horsepower. I drove for almost 200 miles (300 km). Conclusion - tires for enthusiasts of comfort. Those who enjoy driving will also find it to be ideal because it has exceptional braking properties, maintains stability, and keeps the interior of the vehicle cool. BUT! You are only able to drive on roads that are in good condition; on roads that are in poor condition, it is quite likely that the tire may burst if you hit a hole or an object at a high speed because it is so fragile. I intend to cancel my subscription as soon as I have gained further familiarity with its effectiveness.
- 1. Quiet. 2. VERY pliable and VERY wearable at the same time. The technology of the moving sidewall causes it to be crushed when driving over bumps, which cushions the impact (see the website for Conti for more information). Even with a very stiff suspension (Civic 4D), tram rails, joints, expansion joints, and speed bumps are passed as if they do not exist. 3. The road does an excellent job of holding up in wet and dry conditions, but as for the new one, I have no idea what the future holds because I travel so much and on so many different roads. If that's the case, I'll write more! 4. Low temperatures should not, in most cases, prompt a shift in behavior. I went to +2, and everything went smoothly there.
- There is now only one disadvantage, and that is a sidewall that is somewhat soft. As I drove to change my winter tires for summer ones, I got the chance to evaluate them in comparison to the standard Bridgestone Turanza ER300 that was parked outside during the previous summer. Therefore, bending the sidewall of the tire on the Bridge is extremely challenging, whereas on the Conti it can be done with the tip of your finger. I don't know how the rubber will react to hits or when it comes into contact with sharp objects just yet, but it's something about which I don't have a very good feeling! I believed the wheel would be torn off along with the suspension that year because the bridge took such a beating, but at least he didn't have a single hernia! They removed a few screws from each tire, drove the vehicle, and pretended like they were unaware of the situation when I was driving to replace the Bridge for the winter. I do not believe that will work with this Continental, but I will keep you updated with any new information!
