This was a hit with my son and his friend. Intrigued by the activity, they saved their dinosaur sculptures to play with later. Not only did they help with rolling the clay, but they were able to continue on their own. It was fun watching their strategies for applying clay to dinosaur skeletons. A downside is that the clay doesn't dry out, so it's a bit difficult to store afterwards. They currently sit on a piece of cardboard when not in use. BUT I think it would be possible to buy more modeling clay and reuse the skeleton frames. The clay did stain the white table a bit, but I was able to easily remove it after the activity.
