Basically a great cable, ran through our new office without any problems. Solid conductor is very easy to process. The only problem I have is that the white wires are all white, they are not striped or otherwise marked with the corresponding twisted pair. This isn't a problem when terminating in an assembly like a patch panel because I can unwrap the wires as I punch them, but it's annoying when terminating with a modular plug because all the wires have to be twisted open to close them embarrassed. in the right order and it's hard to keep track of which white wire goes with which colored one
