Review on MIDI keyboard Axelvox KEY49j white by Wiktor Stpie ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

I'm satisfied, it's a good purchase.

For the lucky ones like me (and there will undoubtedly be those)): I searched the entire Internet, I did not find any information on the repair. I took a risk, and, as I said, nothing complicated. On the back side, you need to unscrew ten screws around the inner perimeter of the back cover. Those that are along the outer perimeter (16 pcs) can not be touched, because. the keyboard itself rests on these ten. Then we take out the keyboard and unscrew the board. She is the only one there on 26 screws. On the "diseased" key, we take out the spring and then the key itself from the side of the spring by moving upwards. Further, in the bowels of the case, we look for a broken piece of plastic and glue it into place with superglue, so that it is like the neighboring keys. I repeat, nothing complicated at all, but maybe someone will save a certain amount on the workshop in this way) Good luck and creative success to everyone !

Pros
  • All the declared functionality so far works flawlessly, although I agree with one of the reviews, the keyboard is only for stuffing midi parts in the sequencer. For myself personally, I also concluded that 49 keys are not enough for my tasks, at least an octave is not enough .
Cons
  • On the third day, the limiter of one of the keys (plastic) broke, the key pulled up. I fixed it myself, nothing complicated, though I had to unscrew more than a dozen screws ((
