Wi-Fi blocks aren't worth the hassle.
I've been trying to connect this device to the network for several days with no success. Support couldn't help either. I have installed multiple Z-Wave devices with no problems. Note. I am using a Hubitat as my hub and there are currently no manufacturer drivers available. So the commons allow for some control, but you may not get all the benefits.
