This small induction-compatible stainless steel pot is very well made and robust. Absolutely amazing quality! Indelible markings on the inside of the pot for accurate liquid measurement. The steel is relatively heavy and the pan will not tip over by itself. The handle is riveted to the pan very firmly and is long enough to avoid excessive heat during use. The 3-layer, aluminum-coated base ensures that the entire base is heated quickly and evenly. The pan is very easy to clean, and if stains or stains remain after use, they can be quickly removed in various ways, with vinegar, a bartender's friend, lemon juice or other methods. It's the perfect little pan for making small batches of sauces (we use it to make teriyaki sauce from scratch), as well as melting butter or cheese and, in our case, heating sake in Japanese bottles.
