I just finished and painted the floor in my new house and decided to buy an air purifier to get rid of dust and odors. I've been using it for a few days and have already changed the air quality in my bedroom. I've definitely noticed an improvement in my allergies and breath while using this. The night mode is pretty quiet, I used to turn it on all night when I was sleeping and it didn't bother me at all. Overall this is a good little air purifier, easy to use and really works for me.
