A very high-quality product, I take it not for the first time.
This is the second bulb of this company, I took the first one for 1000+, I bought this one for 650. There are many different built-in modes. There is a setting for the on and off schedule. So I set up the "awakening" mode for the morning, the lamp slowly fills the room with light in half an hour. Also in the evening there is a sunset mode. This setting helps to maintain sleep patterns.
