The unit I received would regulate from 4.17 to 5.62V (at a lighter load). an easily accessible potentiometer (part of it visible in the photo) next to the terminals. Features a bright green power LED visible through openings in the case/behind the adjustment knob. There are mounting holes on the bottom. Added a small capacitor and choke for smooth output (not required for most applications), 50mm 5V fan (also optional) and attached to the DIN bracket with 3M double-sided tape. RTV silicone is applied to hold the protective cover in place on the terminal block. Stable on the workbench for more than 3 hours at 128VAC input and 1A load prior to installation.
