You will run into a couple of problems when using these connectors: 1. According to others the largest wire they will fit is 16 gauge but even that seems like a stretch to me. 2. After installing the connector's spade tabs, you must carefully align the pins so that the connector aligns and connects. Depending on use, they can then be knocked out of alignment and later damaged. 3. The metal connectors do not match exactly. If this is a connection that you connect and disconnect on any frequency, it becomes a problem. 4. There is approximately 3/32 inch play left after connection. I have NEVER seen another connector slide like this in the locked position. SUMMARY: These are weird connectors. Buy SOMETHING else. the problem is returning them.
