The customer service is first class. We have been with them for many years and they continue to be one of my favorite hosts. I use their shared hosting for our Wordpress sites and it has never let me down. They are also very reliable when it comes to keeping up to date with security issues. Their support team is always quick to respond and helpful. It's nice that you can get a free domain from them if you need one. It's not much but every little bit helps. We have several wordpress sites hosted by them so it makes life easier for us as we don't have to manage separate accounts.
