There aren't many reviews on the product itself yet. I added system code to my 2007 Chevy Trailblazer which is too simple. I first tried O2 sensors and then settled on an intake manifold gasket. I've driven about 2,000 miles since the gasket replacement and the "Check Engine" light is no longer on. Do the mechanic. Took me about 4 hours from start to finish which I would call a saving. To get to all the bolts you have to remove the intake manifold, ECM and alternator and it was 9 or 10 bolts. Some of the screws are also very hard to get, and you'll definitely have to scrape your hands and forearms to reach them. If you're mechanical and have a day then save money and buy it, but if you doubt your mechanical ability or don't have the free time then let the mechanic do it.
